This is the video treatment I created for the final project of my Motion Graphics 1 course at Parsons. The track is a Mogi Grumbles remix of Machinedrum's track Freshkids, which is available for free on ISO50's free comp There Will Always Be Echoes. The assignment was titled, "Hear and See" and involved taking the lyrics of a track and animating them in AfterEffects. I always wanted to bring type alive from off a printed spread, in a magazine or book, and this idea has found its first complete iteration in a minute-long sequence jumping off the pages of a Moleskine. First versions were submitted as the midterm, and revised final version would comprise the final project, worth 50% of our grade.
